I just tried to install yesterday. THEY DON'T FIT! major modification to work. You can do it but it will cost alot of time and money. Will be sending mine back. DIDn't get any pics though sorry. front header sits on trans case, crossover is too long and not bent right, and also the front header sits on top of AC line and very close to fan motor cover.

You of all people KNOW that they weren't the SSAC knock off's and you said SO IN THE FIRST POST OF THIS THREAD. I just called it how I see it and now your panties are all in a bunch because your gonna have a whole bunch of people all pissed because you got them talked into something that doesn't work. I for one would be beyond pissed. I posted a thread about the Speed Daddy headers a month or so ago...not my problem you guys fell for the old bait and switch tactics.

You are right on with with this statement, other than torching the car . We sent our money in with the guy from DNA reasurring us these would fit, we find out they do not fit, so we send them back and never buy from that company again, not really a big deal sending them back. I would like to thank killakross for setting this buy up and trying to help some people get a good deal on some headers, alot of people would not have gone through the trouble of setting the buy up. It is unfortunate the DNA company people are a bunch of a** *#%#%# and pulled some shady move. To the other people who are on this board saying "I told you so", grow the hell up, no one wants to hear it, and you are making yourselves sound childish and dumb.

We all thought we were getting the ssac KOs when we ordered including the person who ordered on behalf of us. It wasn't untell we recieved our conformation e-mails that we knew we were getting these pacesetter KOs. But still 180 for a set of headers u couldn't really pass it up. So now those of us who have tried to install them know they they won't bolt up "out of the box". Which was almost 99.9% expected but, they can be fabbed to work if ppl want to spend the extra time and money to make them work. Then it would be a really good deal.

But fab work is necessary for almost 75% of headers on the market today. I would rather cough up the money for something that has been proven many many times to fit without fab work. Also I do not believe the person who ordered for us had ANY KNOWLEDGE that this was gonna happen like it did. That is just my $.02

I would also like to thank Killa again for making A great effort in putting all this together. I hope those of you who are willing to do the cutting, and welding, and grinding to make them work end up being very happy with these headers. For those of us who are not willing to do the large amounts of extra work. I hope we can get our money back as promised.

Again, if the front header hits the trans, its just not worth it. You can still buy the obx ones and mod the crossover, at least they could work.

If it is the exact same design as pacesetters, yes it required modification, but it will most def. fit. I have pacesetters and it required an extra hour of machining because a bolt didn't line up or something (my uncle did them I had to work) but they will fit and are totally worth the extra effort. He said he had to be extremely finesse with them to get them in and were a *****, but in the end I have headers for 200 dollars with no leaks at all. Sorry, plus 20 bucks for high temp paint My crossover does just barely clear the trans case but there has been no problems at all and the paint is even holding up really nice against the NY winters.

These are knock off's of the Pacesetter design...do you not read? I have them too and I know they fit...I had mine all welded up but the actual ones these members are getting are nothing CLOSE to fitting.

Dude, you are an idiot. I didn't even start this thread till after the buy (which I had nothing to do with starting the buy) was over, and I had no knowledge of these being pacesetter ko's at that point... would you like to try again?

and what about the shipping costs back to dna? who pays that? because i was assured that these headers would fit. i was not informed that i was going to have to buy them, pay for shipping back to dna, and then buy another set. i'm not trying to be a dick, but i just don't see how that is fair. its not really a 'deal' when you have to A. just end up getting another set, or B. fab the heck out of them to make them fit.
