Lmao the guy admits to being a douche.

I didn't plan on returning mine by the way , I just thought it was a douche move on your part. As far as you talking to James about not returning my headers specifically that is pretty suspicious on its own. You would only be able to do such things if you have personal ties with someone. This keeps getting better.

You must be quite isolated to say the least, also a complete douche to tell someone who paid the same as everyone else that they can't send something back because you got butt hurt over them talking to you on a forum.

I just got this e-mail this morning from them.
    Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience. We will submit UPS for a prepaid return label to your email address. Please use that return label to return that item.

We will issue a refund or exchange for another style, but other style will take about 1 month. It's up to you for that decision.

Please let us know if there is any problem or question.

    Thank you

Now I just don't know if I should just get a refund or get this other design? This other design may need some fab work to fit too right.

I would accept the refund and never do business with these people again.

The 'other style' SSAC KO's fit just like the SSAC's - perfect. As long as you use the right clamps on the crossover with a bit of sealant, there are no sealing issues at all.

Personally, I'd buy the set I have again from DNA. Everyone here seems to think they screwed you all on purpose. Typically, if a person/company screws you, they don't offer an exchange or refund for a different product. They would offer to replace what you have with another of the same, crappy thing. With them offering to pay return shipping, I would say the whole thing was an honest mistake. It is entirely possible they were trying to provide you with what they though was a better product for the same price as the set you actually ordered.

I'm not defending DNA entirely, but just wanted to provide some food for thought.

x2, i'm just glad they are taking care of us...like any decent company would do to try and save face. you and i both know that if they screwed us all, they would never get business from our forum, or a few others, ever again...
