Tom Hanks...he doesn't hate the jews as far as I know. And how in god's name can you mistake those 2?

As for the smoking thing...did for almost 4 years...and I just stopped one day...why? Because I woke up and started coughing and think I lost part of a lung...that and my breathe smelled like an ashtray...kthnxbie...and all the money I've saved since them...hellz2tehyeeez

try esmoke its an electronic cigarette that u smoke like a real one. u inhale water vapor and nicotine and u can ween ur self from niccotine. and u can smoke in nonsmoking areas bc it emits no smell or smoke! and u refill it with cartriges...check it out. may be kinda pricey but i know some1 who is quitting now and he loves it

That stuff is really good, taste good and everything. But I want to quit ALL tobacco products. I made it all day yesterday, and I woke up this morning and I wasn't craving one, so we'll see how I do. I can never make it on the second day of trying to quit, but I'm really gonna try today.

Ya, I understand. I would rather someone do that then spit or smoke lol. If my dad tried to stop cold turkey he would kill someone! One year he tried and he went like five days and people from his work was buying him smokes begging him to smoke! lol. I don't smoke so I can't say I know how hard it is..but with any addiction im sure its not easy! So I wish you all the luck!

i lost a girl when i tried quitting so i know your pain. what works currently for me (ive cut back a lot) is having an 'i dont care' attitude towards smoking. i really stopped caring if i smoke or no and it really got me slowing down - idk why but it did. when i cut back enough im just gonna say NO and stop completely.

Anybody ever read "Quiters inc." ? I think it was by Stephen King . They may have made a movie too. Short version - Guy joins "Quiters Inc." on the advise of a friend, then finds out they spy on you and if you even think about picking up a cig, they start torturing your family. Good read.

There is a vaccine I think might be available. It blocks the nicotine somehow from affecting the brain. All in all, you can smoke all you want and never get the satisfaction and the nicotine can't calm the cravings, so you suffer for a few days till the withdraws go away and for some period of time, nicotine will have no affect on you whatsoever, hence breaking the chemical addiction. Then after the vaccine wears off, its up to you to not start up again. I'd like to have this done when my life isn't as stressful as it is now. lol. Excuses excuses......

A lot of my friends are like that, they smoke but can go all morning and afternoon without one, but will have one in the evening... I wish I could do that. My favorite cig is the on after you wake up and eat a BIG breakfast.
