Last night, someone from the midwest was mentioning something about California and earthquakes in the chatbox. Seems like people from this area make a bigger deal about them than people from CA do...

This morning I wake up to "Chicago, 4.1mag earthquake @ 4AM."

    I laughed.

Right. I'd take an earthquake over a tornado or hurricane any day.

    Been in all three.

Well I live in AR. I live smack in the middle of tornado alley! So if there is a tornado its going to get close enough to me for us to take shelter! And I also leave on the new madrid fault line! I believe back in around 1812ish it was so powerful it made the Mississippi river flow backwards! Close to the middle/end of last year Arkansas was getting hit with small earthquakes but no where near the fault line! Its kinda scary knowing you live so close to something that at one time and might still be the US biggest/strongest quake hasent had anything happen in ALONG time! If it does decided to move..we will be F*CKED! I would rather have tornado! Atleast most of them can be tracked and you get some kind of warning ahead of time!
