I dont know if anyone heard of or experienced the blizzard that hit pittsburgh area baltimore DC and surrounding areas, but it was reallly bad. we measured outside my house yesterday and got 26 inches in under a day and a half. it snowed friday night into saturday and the roads STILL arent cleared. they cancelled all the school because alot of roads havent been touched at all. its reallllly bad. so here are some pictures

    the mail box

    pile by the pole

    view down the street

the neighbors hottub cabana and pool

    another street view

our little lights going up the walk (buried lol)

view of the house and the gp (took 4 hours to uncover the car and do the drive way!!)

our lovely still covered with ice and snow street (believe it or not this is excellent for pittsburgh right now)

my 150lb great pyrenese lizzie (who's back comes to my hip) in the back yard!

    hope you enjoyed!

well this area doesnt get snow like that often its like once every 15-30 years we get a bad snow like that. so people around here arent used to it, trees where down most of the city is without power because of down power lines, we were in state of emergency for three days. im finally able to leave the house today (thank god) so if i see anything else bad ill take more pictures

    ^^^Yes.

Most people in MI just deal with it, but theres always a few who are whining about how the roads are so dangerous. Those are probably the same people who traded in their 4x4 for a Prius last fall.

Guess that depends. Here a cop might have his own sled, so watch yourself =0.

well like i said before i understand yinz up north get alot of snow. but down here we dont lol they cancelled colleges and alll the schools for the entire week. so by this point i almost killed my 14 and 16 year old sisters. cuz after we had that snow we got anoter 6-8 inches on wednesday when they didnt even clean up the roads for this weekend. some neighborhoods in our area STILL havent even had their roads touched. at all. which is ridiculous in my opinion.

We have gotten a ton of snow around here so far this year. I know there were some people that were without power for like 3 weeks from the last stop. There were thousands of power poles down.
