Yea i went in a little outta shap but as long as you stick to it and push your self it isnt that bad my first 2 mile run the 3rd day we were there was like 18 minutes after a mile i was done my final pt 2 mile was 13min
A set of push up bars can be your best friend
pushups were always where i struggled cause i have a slightly messed up shoulder from a auto accident The worst part of basic for me was actually the lactures they crank the heat up and lights dim dont close your eyes though ar you will wake up on ur arse we were literally poking/pinching/kicking each other to stay up
