JD here, no GP. At the same time I don't measure my financial success by the vehicles I own.

I wouldn't trade my Grand Cherokee Overland for a BMW X5, period. (Well if it were a straight trade I would, sell it and then buy an Overland again)

Yea school is definatly important I put it off 10 years im 30 now
At 17 i was enrolled in delta for the same program im doing now (Auto Master Tech/A.S.Degree) but was offered a good union job roofing so i took it
roofed in spring and summer and worked in kitchens and warehouses in the fall and winter
Quit roofing due to an injury and went into kitchens full time I loved being a suix chef But Money for me topped at 14 an hour here so 2 years ago I made the choice to struggle and go back to school taking 24 units a semester to get it done
My wife has followed in my steps and is going for nursing now aswell

Yea for me I knew with out culinary school it would take time Its kinda like fighting for a spot at the top Most cooks ive met are arogant a$$holes Including myself always triing to show what they know
I struggled in the kitchen for a little over 7 years but alot of that i served part time at dennys and was clearing 40k a year with tips
I had oppertunity to run a couple kitchens but it was salary and way to many hours for a while id go in at 5am and get off at 7pm it got real old real fast But i will say I dont regret the experiance gained me and my wife someday want to open a italian/fusion food grill

Honestly I look at most of those people on both kitchen nightmares and hells kitchen and wonder how they even are allowed to be in a kitchen
If i lived in a bigger city with a better aspect of food and wine id probably stay in culinary cause there is money to be made and people gotta eat
But Automotive has been a long time passion of mine so it all worked out

it grows back. i give it a good amount of time to heal back up during the week when i have to be at work in the morning. the weekends, however, are another story.

AHAHAHAHA yes the Liver is sooooooooooooooooooooo the devil

Maybe you should have a piece taken from it and have it cryo-freezed for when stem cell and cloning become mainstream......Remember the movie.........The Island? If not? Check it out. It has Euwen McGreggor and Scarlet Johannsen

Nothing wrong with that, but its only a 4 year gig unless you include grad school and then you gotta join the REAL world
