You can hit start while playing and take pictures. When you upload them to My Forza Motorsport | Forza Motorsport you can retrieve them just by entering your gamertag and find everything you have created.

I got all sorts of sleep when my kids where young, but then again mine are weird they slept. or ate, and poped.
