And ported heads only HELP you...they really can't hurt you....especially with flow mods such as headers

not saying my setup is perfect by all means. but seeing as we have the same motor you can study my car for mods and gains from them. it took some extensive tuning to get 0 knock from my 3.3 though. but with said mods minus the rockers i had no knock on a box zzp tune from a 3.5 pulley. i did all my mods piece by piece over time, so if you have any questions on what to expect from them feel free to ask. i remeber the difference most of them made.
Does the guy not understand its for only the L36 and L26's or does he really think its also for a L67/L32?

Maybe they should clarify in 06 the GTP was dropped and GT's now came with the L32
An HV3 insert isnt even for an L67/L32.

No i understand. But just know u cant use the HV3 as u are supercharged. But honestly though ur not gonna make the power u think u will with that 2.8 as u would be if u have the supporting mods. Trust me that motor will blow pretty quick as u will have high KR levels.
