I never really understood the problems with vista. people would talk about how crappy it is but I have yet to find problems (the exception being my computer doesn't think I'm the administrator even though I'm the only user)

windows 7 has had some beta versions out for as long as a year i think. it officially was released on the 22. my copy should be here on the 30th I think. I really had a lot of problems with program compatibly with vista also when i would multi task with it I ran into stability problems. but with seven i like ti cause its a little easier to use, it has some features that as far as i know vista didnt have such as disk image burning and things of that nature, but the ting i like about seven the most is that my boot times are next to nothing and ive been running this os without a antivirus for like 2 mouths and program load times seem to be better as well.

you've probably got a virus --- download malwarebytes from filehippo.com and see what it finds.
