Eh you know I've never been much of a mustang fan. I do when people make them sweet llokin and run good. I don't know I was always kinda dissapointed with the stangs performance. I think the only ones I would drive would be the cobra. I do love the new stangs though. Especially the gt500

Yes...but everyone and their dog has a Mustang.

The LS4 is the retarded red-headed step child of the LSx family. Don't expect much out of it.

i wouldnt go for the gxp if i was you. there isnt much out there to make it fast unless your gunna drop 5G's on a turbonetics kit for it. i would stick with the 3.8 SC if i was you and you can make it faster and still have the same dody style minus the GXP bumpers.

+1 for the 3.8 SC. but don't get a 06, you can't TUNE! get the 04 or 05 gtp, same exact thing... though just for reference its 06+ GXP, not 05

a few small corrections if I may. 06 CAN be tuned, but you must use a 04 or 05 PCM. and the 04, 05 GTPs are alittle bit differnt, small example is the digital A/C controls.

but to the starter of this thread, man for the money get a T/A WS6! FTMFW!!

GXP's are nice too now, they're only alittle faster than the 3800 v6 s/c. Mustangs suck, GTO's are still we'll priced....WS6, you'd love it. youtube some videos of WS6's with headers and exhaust, beatiful

If your leaning toward another grand prix find a COMP G FTW supercharged 3.8 so aftermarkets there, better suspension than the others except the GXP and im sure the COMP G's have tap shift if I remember right

Right but as of now (to my understanding) it's hard. I just meant for simplicity get the 04 or 05.

    I would suggest a Corvette ZR1 though

Wow thanks for the responses guys. I would love a lightning. Just hard to find is all. And as for the 04+ sc cars, I dunno. I like my car don't get me wrong but the whole point of gettin a new one would be that its new to me u know? Itd be like gettin the same engine with less mods then my current car with a nicer car on top of it. Just wanna try something new is all. I do like gto's. Just hard to find a good 05 or 06 with the ls2 for a decent price. Same with the ws6 ta's. Around here I can't find em for less then 15K
