I just got this too. You can see from the email header that it was sent to a bunch of us. I'll collect what I have and email it to him.

I wouldn't be happy getting any product at this point. All of us who disputed our paypal transactions, and won, are supposed to get refunds period. I know the people who bought the Aeroforces got a great price but if he just decides to send you broken goods along with a false address and no communication you won't be any better off. I don't have an ounce of trust in this guy anymore anyway. If he really wants to straighten this out he should get in contact with us and let us decide if we still want to gamble on getting merchandise from him or get refunds.

Here is what I just did:
I took a screen shot of my PMs to TDC with his responses. I copied my paypal emails (payment sent, open dispute, closed dispute, dispute resolved, refund failed, etc.) to documents and then attached the documents and screen shot in a reply to him. He might need the original emails forwarded to him, IDK.

Most of the paypal emails are just automated form stuff without much new info, but it is better to supply too much info than too little. If he doesn't need it all he can just not use it. I asked him to let me know if he needs something different.

You can always call using the number if you have any question about it. It matches the phone number listed for investigations on the www.houstoncountyga.org web site. I really, really, doubt it isn't legit. Check the detailed email header and you'll see it originates from www.houstoncountyga.org. It is very difficult to fake that.

I JUST got off the phone w/ Sgt. Harlowe, according to him, he only knows of 9 cases, the ones that filed with NWC (IC3 form)

Of the 9 he has only heard back from 5 of us. Anyone who DID NOT FILE online, PLEASE email him a brief description of what happened, what you bought/paid for, and if you did or didn't recieve it. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to PM me

I need your address so we can shipped your item out to you that you purchased through us several weeks ago. Paypal just finished the investigation and has instructed us to ship your item to you. Unfortunatly you did not have an address on file with your payment. We were instructed by paypal to not ship your item out until the investigation had been complete. If you like you can respond through them and they will foward that information to us.
