Here is what I just did:
I took a screen shot of my PMs to TDC with his responses. I copied my paypal emails (payment sent, open dispute, closed dispute, dispute resolved, refund failed, etc.) to documents and then attached the documents and screen shot in a reply to him. He might need the original emails forwarded to him, IDK.
Most of the paypal emails are just automated form stuff without much new info, but it is better to supply too much info than too little. If he doesn't need it all he can just not use it. I asked him to let me know if he needs something different.
