    tire pressure: low (~20 psi)

launch somewhere around 2000-2500 rpm. push the brakes and rev it until slightly less than you can do without the car moving.

do not floor it, ease into the throttle. if you spin you used too much gas, if you do not squeak the tires a little bit you didnt use enough gas. you need to find the happy medium there.

Could put a little extra air in the rears and drop the fronts to 24 or so. First couple times just pull up to the line braking with the left foot and gas on the right and just get a feel for the light and not what rpm your launching at. Once you get a few runs in and don't spin, start launching at 2000rpm. Sometimes you just can't help but spin with the track conditions.

Also, drive around the water box and when he signals for a burnout, just spin the tires enough to get dirt off of them. There is no advantage in heating up street tires or getting them wet.

Great advice. Street tires turn greasy when over heated. That's the opposite of what you want.
