I'm not defending him...well ok, I've had only good dealings with the guy. I'll say that...I won't take up for him anymore if it makes you feel any better. I purchased parts from him too with no issues but look at the facts. Its quite clear he is running and if you dont see that then you are very naive. Sites gone, phone not in sevice, removed his website link and multiple paypal disputes with NO replies. He even requested his account be closed on GPONA. It all seemed too planned and not an unexpected family emergency. I would also be willing to bet his paypal account was emptied. I hope Im wrong.

I'm going to point right at you if he comes back and LAUGH. I'm am not naive and am fully aware of the situation in front of me. I'm not trying to start something as I had said earlier, I do hope people get their products or their money back...and I do agree it is not looking too good for them and am sorry to hear that. In the end I hope it all gets resolved.

Some more things I have put together:
According to This parcel map, his house is down further than google says it is. Which comparing pictures from Google Streetview (see below) seems to match pictures found in the FMHE install he did. More as it comes, it's a slow day here at work.

This is ridiculous. I've been following this thread since it was posted and reading the new posts every couple of hours. Everyone on here needs to file a claim on paypal so they atleast have a chance at getting their money back. Everyone also needs to call the police and get a REAL investigation going. Maybe the police wouldn't do anything about one or two people but there's gotta be 25-30 people on this board alone. Just imagine how many people there are on other boards too. If everybody was to report it I'm sure they would do something about it. That's a lot of money. All of this stalker crap is getting sort of ridiculous. Let the police take care of it since they could really do something about it. Not just sit on a computer and post things on a forum hoping he'll come back.
I really do hope he comes back and works everything out. I was planning on ordering from him soon. He seemed like a good guy that was very knowledgeable but you gotta do what you gotta do. I hope everyone gets their money or parts and everything is squared away but I think they way it's being handled now is just stupid. Basically if you don't get your money or parts it's your own fault for not calling the police or atleast doing something more than talking about it on a forum.

I would buy right now if someone has a machined L32 LIM with the coolant ports blocked (Would do myself, but I am too busy) that they want to sell. This hasn't affected my opinions of any of the honest people on here that just want to trade parts and info with each other.

I just posted another message for TDC in my paypal dispute nicely asking for some communication and letting him know that tomorrow I'll be escalating this to a claim if I don't hear from him. It seems paypal prefers that you wait at least three days after opening the dispute before escalating to a claim. When you escalate to a claim the decision is solely with paypal so I figure it is a good idea to follow the three day suggestion they make.
Keep in mind that paypal reviews the messages you post during the dispute to help in deciding it. For what I've read from Googling paypal disputes, under the new system, disputes are pretty heavily weighted towards the buyer when there is no delivery of goods alleged. Supposedly the only way the seller can win is if he produces evidence that he shipped it (e.g. tracking number). So I'm not to worried about winning the dispute. I still worry about whether there is any money left to refund the amount. This is looking more and more like premeditated fraud, in which case I bet he cleaned out his account more than a week ago. I'll be interested to hear what happens when the paypal claims get decided and if there is any money to refund. If not, then we might start looking into legal action.
I did a quick calculation from the list posted of people waiting on cash and it looks like about 4 grand. I imagine there may be more lurking that haven't posted.
