He has time. Legally. It may not be good for customer satisfaction, but bottom line it's not about what his past performance was, or his verbal "estimates". I'm not up to poking around the web to find out. He doesn't have to conform to verbal promises, or EBay's status quo. He has to work within the law. I'm thinking it's around 30-60 days + working time. If he has a Big Family thing going on, as peeps close to him have said, he may be in "screw it mode". The guy might be in a Mental Hospital, devastated by the loss of a parent. Seems know one knows. He might be a criminal who does this all the time, changing boards, getting a rep, pyramiding the money, then making off into the anonymous Internet Night.

Especially with the timing here, I'm thinking he's a College Kid that got overwhelmed by orders couldn't get the crap even close to delivered, then used the cash to pay for school, thinking he'll make it right after he gets a time on a break...
