Good eye, it does have a GENV.

I donno, i'd bring a scanner and make sure its in good running order first. It has all the right bolt ons. The Pulley is questionable, but it might have a mild cam (VS maybe?) or rockers so it might be tuned enough to run that pulley. A scanner will tell you for sure, i'm sure it has some sort of tune on it.
