    sorry scimma..i might not use that cam..

    after my trans gets replaced i might demod to a 3.4 setup and sell the car. im not sure yet, but it sounds like a good idea at this point.

    i havent decided yet, but id like a nice newer car that i wouldnt mod just for something that would last as a DD. i have no more room for a third car.

    you can get tranny from gm for 1700.00 with 100,000 mile warranty
    1.0 pcm upgrade, comp cam, zex 50 shot, msd 8.5mm wires, copper plugs side gap, head work comp springs, all fluids mobile one

    ...and use that warranty over and over. GM's rebuilds are notorious for being crap, you're much better off going with one from Dave.

    Or just doing what you always planned and put in a junkyard trans.

    i already have a junkyard trans on order. going in sometime this week. then i get to make a decision on if i want to keep the car and drive it as is with a slightly less aggressive tune or if i want to sell it and buy a nicer car.

    i have always wanted to transfer into the bike scene. so much easier to make fast.

    I think the early 80,s G bodies are some of the best riding rwd cars ever, and also have a good style to them. (Cutlass,Regal,Montie Carlo)

    i love monte carlos, but no i will not be putting a seriesII into an 80s project car. too much work.

    my project vehicle will be an ls1 powered '56 chevy pickup. im going to pretty much be given the truck from my girlfriends father.
