    your cool it is just because they are located down there that you are probably tracing back to the central servers for the WAN. I doubt you have been hacked and that would not trace you back down the the original servers if you had been hacked. If anything else funky happens let me know, because i own a IT business and am pretty knowledgeable about networks.

    so why does a different IP address show up in my network settings is it because I'm going through a wireless router? or should they be the same?
    Why would it show up on blacklists for spam?

    If you're behind a router, each computer is assigned an internal IP address, usually in the 192.168.xxx.xxx range. These are internal only, non-routable addresses. The router is what would have your real IP address.
