Good luck. I have 3 cigs left then I'm done. $5-$6 a pack is getting expensive.

almost 10 bucks a pack.. eff that!! thanks for the support guys! this is how bad ciggs can affect someone.. lol.. well today i was cooking on the grill: 3 hot dogs: and 4 burgers.. i went to get the bread for everything as all the food was almost done.. i took a roll out of the bag of bread.. it fell apart.. i FLIPPED OUT over a roll of bread so bad that i reached onto the grill(bare hands) and grabbed everything and threw it in the neighbors yard and stormed into the house. lol **** sucks man...

Hahaha, I know the feeling I quit 2 years ago. I smoked a pack and a half a day!

Keep it up, you will be happy you quit.

That has got to be fun to explain. "Uh, why... is... there... meat? In the yard...?"

Stick with it buddy! Drink water, chew toothpicks, and do pushups.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.

CT and MA are killers on cig prices. luckily i live so close to NH that i can get em there. but ill be quitting in the next few weeks as well. if you have a smart phone you should download the free app "QuitNow!" it keeps track of how much youve saved and how your health is increasing. i could see it being a good tool to keep you on track if times get tough

Reminds me of this running app that keeps track of how many donuts you burned off. Pretty popular.

Eh no worries I quit like 3 years ago and everynow and then I steal one from my fiance.... Mainly when drinking but heh 3 years later and Im still getting cravings for them. It gets better. As for that app maybe I can convince my ol lady to try that. If she would quit Id probably never touch one again. As for pushups Im right there with ya at 3 or so.
