Well, as you would see from my other thread, I put my baby in the ditch, and destroyed the front end. Totally sucks, since I don't have a J.O.B, I have to wait for Christmas gifts and cards to supply my parts account. Thankfully, yesterday I was able to order about $375 worth of parts from Rock Auto. I ordered a bumper cover, a fender, turn signal lamp socket, (the other one was thrown off into a snowy ditch.) And last but not least, headlights. Pictures will start to flow in over the next week or so, as I put her back together.

Pretty easy job to do (had to do it on my brothers and the suspension knock went away, well I guess his bracket broke and lost the bushing) and with that being said I hope its done by now

Sorry about not updating it, I did finish those bushings in the same day. Now, as of yesterday, my car now looks like this.

But of course, nothing ever ends up going the way you want it to right? I found the devil reincarnated as oxidation.

Hope to get a fiberglass patch put on there soon. Will update as I get grilles, some other shiny stuffs, and some engine mods hopefully soon. Plan on doing a JY trip tomorrow to get some auto modules for the windows.

Don't put fiberglass in there. It will trap moisture inbetween the metal and fiberglass and make the rust worse. Best thing to do would be to cut the rust out and weld new metal in and then rattle can it (primer, white, & clear\enamel) Your side skirts will cover up the weld so no need for bondo.

If you dont have acces to a welder use por15 on it and then paint over the por15.

If you don't want to do that get roofing tar and gob it on there, being it is petroleum based it will repel most the water, but i wouldn't use fiberglass on it.

I think I'll try to weld in a patch. My dad works with sheet metal and plumbing and things so we'll just cut to fit and weld. I'll update later today once we get some progress on it.

Wow, been a while since I updated this lol. Here's my most recent updates (pictures and stuffs.)

Pyle Academy 2000 Watt amp to pair with my 12" Kicker.

Put on a $35 intake just because. It sounds really cool now, and the throttle response is epic.

Got tired of all white everything.

Did you use high temp paint on the cover with clear and did you sand it down. I'm gonna do my braces and DBs white. Not sure if I wanna do the cover also white or black. Looks good.

have you done anything with that bit of rot yet?

If you tackle that job yourself, would you mind taking LOOOOTTTSSS of pictures? and possibly doing a seperate write up on how you fixed it (hopefully you'll be rutting out old and welding in new metal
