Valve covers will be a winter project. Not sure about white lol, but I know I've got some white powder to experiment with.

Do you have those ZZP valve covers?

They don't polish for some reason, I even took fritz metal polish to them, they permanently stain.

I would powdercoat them for sure. Be careful hen you put them in the oven because any oil burns off and it makes a ridiculous amount of snoke

Its great to see an iconic grand prix that will be taken care of and be around for more time. I still look back at the original panda thread and first page for mod ideas.

May re-polish the valve covers on my big bench buffer and then put clear powder on them, that way they won't corrode, probably won't make up my mind until I do it lol.

For sure, I always try to keep in the habit of out gassing parts before powdercoating. Eliminates a lot of possible issues.

    Thanks for the kind words!

took these earlier, unfortunately (and unexpectedly) it rained on the way there. Still need to invest in a decent camera, working with a 6 year old Kodak point-n-shoot lol

This one was cleaned up a bit. Edited out the front plate covers and stickers on the fender.

Went with 20%. He put 35% on a window for me and it looked too light, didn't like it. 20% isn't trashy, yet it's not super light.
