I'm getting a super cheap decent condition GP GT coupe...got a rod knock and planned on putting a motor in it...it's got a tune.
You want it after it's running? lol.
I feel like you should hold off on lowering it. I don't think it would make for a very good baby hauler.
No body wants shaken baby syndrome.

Not surprising at all.
It's all about the high speed blow off. Get that going, and stiff suspension is still comfortable.
A lot of manufacturers now are introducing too much rebound damping to make the car feel more sporty than it really is. See the late model Mazda 3s for a great example. They also ride the bump stops all the time. Again, less than ideal.
I was just comparing to my bags. The bounce over some dips would kill my baby if I had one.
But I just set the dampeners to the full stiff setting today and its a ton better.

I know I'm late to the party, but car appears to be in pretty damn good shape. Looking forward to seeing updates as you begin to mod. 20's actually look just right and fill the gap very nicely.
Have fun putting 5 lug rims on your car....
