I think I'm going to have to cut a lot more than that right?
Do you think the shorter side wall will bring the lip of the wheel closer to the fender?

the distance between the wheel and the fender should stay the same, theoretically. you won't be going any lower there unless you're caught up on the tires in the fender wells.
and you shouldn't have to cut much more than that. once you roll them you'll see what i mean. you'll cut from tab to tab in the middle of the liner and you really only need to take a few inches out of it.
Yeah the tires aren't getting hung up on the fenders.
I was thinking about the tire rubbing the rest of the fender liner. Ill just have to go at it. See how it looks after I roll and start cutting. I'm gonna bring my Dremel to cut them bishes
you shouldn't have to worry about rubbing when you're at driving height and when you dump it down to park it who cares what the tires touch.
this might give you a better idea of how far the wheels go up, but I think my tires were just slightly taller than stock

I thought your tires were slightly shorter. I mean with the stretch included.
stretch isn't going to make the tires any shorter, really. it's not a 215 on a 10" wheel we're talking about, here.
Yeah, your right.
Damn, can't get a hold of the roller today.

Well because I couldn't roll my fenders today, my friend insisted that we test fit his old ms3 wheels.
For reference they are 225/40/18
