No vacuum leaks that I can find, swapped coils, pulled ICM harness and checked all connections\pins, rerouted plug wires. I'm at my wits end, no knocking though, lol.

At least it doesn't knock. Make sure you ohm out the plug wires. They could be bad. Check for cracked spark plugs to
Whatever the problem is, I think it's revolving around cylinder 6. I unplug 1 spark plug wire at a time and there is no difference on 6, but there is on every other cylinder.
Just pulled it and compared the spark to a brand new one, looked the same. Plug was charred and dry, and the cylinder holds 150 PSI no problem, so I'm thinking the injector is clogged or something stupid like that...reassembling everything then pulling the fuel rail and rearranging the injectors a bit.
Changed Wire same symptoms, swapped injector, same symptoms. I pulled the fuel rail to make sure it's not clogged, and after dinner I'll be pulling the rear valve cover to check things out there.
Just pulled the valve cover and both valves appear to be moving just as much as the other when I turn it over by hand, and the rocker bolts are still at the correct torque. I'm going insane. At this point I'm about to pull the supercharger and look down the intake runner for a clog.
I had a grand prix that did the exact same thing. I changed everything and checked everything and nothing. Turned out it was the computer, replaced that and ran like a champ
I somehow have 4 bad injectors. I'm gonna have to convert to the l32 injectors I have, I know they are a lower rating, but they'll work on my stock setup until I can find some l67s at a JY.
Well 4 new injectors later it runs, but not that well. The supercharger tensioner (not the pulley) is making quite a bit of noise, the idle is pretty rough, and the SES is on. I'll be pulling codes soon and going where they point me, but today was a BIG win, she runs. Leaky gas ate some paint yet though...
I was just looking over your build and I'm kinda new to the 3800 series and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the difference between the l67 and the l32 is?
L67 is the "Series II" Supercharged 3800 Series that was in production from 97-03. L32 is the "Series III" Supercharged 3800 Series that was in production for the remainder of the 3800's life. They had the same block, but the heads were slightly different, not by much, I think the intake valve on the L32 is slightly bigger (1.83" vs. 1.8" IIRC). The L32 also had forged connecting rods and moly-coated pistons, so they are a bit more durable and can take some more abuse. While those 2 reasons are an upgrade, it's not the main reason people swap L32s in. The major benefit is the Gen V supercharger, which is leaps and bounds ahead of the L67's Gen III supercharger. The Gen V has a cooler outlet charge (air coming out of the supercharger is cooler when it enters the engine itself, the outlet is bigger (allowing for more air to enter the engine), the Teflon coating on the rotors is 100x more durable, along with a few other minor upgrades. With all the benefits from the supercharger, running a pulley that is the same size on a Gen V is equivalent to a .2" pulley drop on the Gen V (3.6" on a Gen III = 3.8" on a Gen V). From what I have read, no one has really got any benefits from porting a Gen V either.
As far as my car, the engine is finally running GREAT. I still have a slight vacuum leak from the supercharger gasket, but that's a risk I was willing to take (read a few pages back). Other than that, my fuel rail is leaking where the gas line connects so I have to figure out how to reseal that.
Any ideas?
Good news all around, fixed the fuel rail leak, tightened the S\C bolts a bit more, and most every other little thing that needed to be done is. Until I get the $ to make it legal, I'm gonna do all the little mods I can that are free and such. Keeping the low beams on while the high beams are on, keeping the fogs available while the high beams are on, and changing the remote keyless entry to the running lights. Oh yea, and add relays to the headlights.
Oh yea, OBD II bluetooth scanner thingy should come in today or tomorrow.
Bad news, I forgot. My driver side rear strut tower has some rust. Not the worst I have seen after researching, but it needs to be fixed. I'm gonna see if I can't fix it on my time off (off work til 9\3).
Blue tooth thingy came in today, this thing is AWESOME. I was still throwing a misfire code and injector fault circuit for cylinder 6, went through the normal simple stuff and couldn't find anything. I decided to look at the connector for injector 6 and the connectors weren't clamping on the injector connectors at all. I bent them down with a pick I had and BOOM, perfect idle, no SES, no fault codes at all. No misfires recorded at all yet, and no KR yet. Keep in mind the car isn't on the road yet, she's still on stands and such. It's been raining on and off all day so I can't really do much at a time. Maybe tomorrow I can drop her on her feet again.
