It doesn't work, I'm testing the knob out that changes it from 1 to 10 second delay. If it's good then the little chip itself is bad.

I'll look at it and get you an answer by the end of the day, but like I was saying before I think the pot isn't supposed to be connected like that.
Jeff
This isn't for DRLs. Those have been disabled for a long time, lol. This is for the automatic lights at night. When you start the car at night the lights turn on, off during cranking, and back on once running. This (once working) will get rid of that, the head lights will turn on 10 seconds after they are "told" to turn on by the car.
Junkyard trip today was a bust. On the plus side I found out I'll be getting a 7\8" chain setup for the car for $40, so that's nice. We were rained out today so I just went to a little kids flea market and bought some toys and Mario games foe the kiddos. I did get 2 more rolls of peel n seal for the cabin of the car, those will go on when weather permits too.
Thanks Jeff, it'll be nice to get it figured out.
Check your PM's Need clearer pic, it looks either way it's not wired properly (traces) plus there is no trigger input, and if there is it's not wired to the correct input. Trigger is pin 2. It should go from VCC through a 100K resistor to pin 2 and pin 2 through a switch to ground.
Jeff
Ima be PM'ing you later on Booba needs your opinion on this whole remote start/alarm nonsense if you don't mind.

Gmail must be slow still haven't seen it. Itching must have resolution to problem...... overload....overload....!
Jeff
Nope, I just cleared my pm's if you tried to send one. It's not in my junk one or anything, maybe it's just slow in getting there, you know Houston traffic and all...
It came in, I'm on it, but about to leave work. Kid free weekend but I am sure ill get a chance later tonight, just hold off messing with it for a little bit and I'll figure out the modifications to fix it. besides if you need to change the ship you'll have a flux pen soon and I'll do a video of how to do surface mount without burning the traces.
Jeff
Finished up the ground wires today, I guess I have one more to make to goto the transmission from the chassis, but it'll happen later. I cleaned up the engine bay a bit, but nothing major:
Here's the ground wire that goes from the negative terminal to chassis. This was actually a hair too long:
Routing and such:
My alternator had better be happy. 1\0 AWG charge and ground, 240a, and a heavy duty cooler on the voltage regulator (I have a heavy duty regulator to go on if this one ever goes out).
Hopefully have more pictures of the gutted interior tomorrow!
I bet cars you pass momentarily get brighter and stereo gets louder lol. The alt I pulled doesn't have a ground screw. Should I just tap the case?
I ordered that idler bracket you showed me, but forgot that I first had the wrong store selected, one thats an hour away. So I'll haven't reorder and probably lost the discount I got on the other stuff I picked up. Sheesh.
I'll take one, give me a sec.
