You should try contacting them, 4 emails, handful of phone calls and voicemails with never getting a response. Plus they don't have updated warranty information on their site which led to me paying 10 bucks for a new ballast which is ironically the same cost of a new one . OP I would go with TRS or Diode Dynamics over vvme. Diode Dynamics is a bit more expensive but they have a lifetime warranty. I dunno about DDM.
