id make them before i spent 50 bucks on them. thats all easy to make. all you need is a drill, drill bits, and a right angle grinder with a cut off disk, bam spacer parts are made.
most have these tools or can borrow them.
home depot and lowes both have a fair good metal stock area. round bar flat stock, angle iron.
i helped my friend build landscape racks for all his equipment inside the new trailer he bought. all metal stock and hooks came from the depot.

we added maybe 6 more custom brackets/holders to it, and moved a few things around since these pics.
Yup motor mount.
N I'm not seeing 3/8 online there so I'll have to check. I'm thinking 1/4 inch on top n bottom will be good enough because they have that. Or ebay has 3/8 steel plates 8 inches for 15 shipped. N yeah, drill and grinder/dremel with cut off blades. They don't have to be pretty, just clean or round the edges a little to prevent digging into anything.
OK my brainfart, I didn't even think when I got mine.
I have the makita grinder and discs plus titanium bits for drilling......oops...didn't wanna deal I guess.
Jomamma>>>the big one goes under the engine mount base.
No I hear ya n it'd be easier to just buy them. But I have the polys off the car and can test n make sure it all fits. It's easier to just buy em n throw them in if you're not swapping mounts all at the same time. I just figured to save a few bucks n it's easy.
I know I checked before I went with Vinnies. I am all for doing things myself for fractions of pennies.
I ended up thinking if I did it.....I would order it from metal depot. I wasn't sure on the size so I pulled it and ordered them.
Lowes ace home depot all carry flat stock. Use aluminum mainly because its easier to cut and drill through.
Okay, that's what I was figuring. N I might go check in store today. If not order online. But I wasn't seeing any in 3/8 on lowes or hd website.
