Spill the beans on what you paid for the roof rails. Never seen a GP with those vent shades on might need to get myself a pair.

Not much cheaper than others but a hundo plus 15 for shipping although it was only 8 bucks to ship haha. But screw it I was gonna get a set for like 140-150 a while back. And im interested in seeing the ventshades too, I actually just noticed panda had em on though n they looked good. Mps is getting put on tomorrow as well as im hoping to have the rails good tomorrow too..we will see though. Idk to just do body color or the gunmetal..might just go body color. N then ill get the shades on too. Them will be quick lol.

Gunmetal will probably stick out like a sore thumb so my vote is bodycolor. Look back at Jordan's thread the silver stuck out way to much.

You should of already repainted your spoiler! Should be a simple process wetsand the clear coat off since its already a similar red. Spray a coat. Wet sand. Spray another wetsand. Clear. Wetsand clear. Etc

Off days are strictly for working on your car and that's all.

Wetsanding is simple as long as you have something you can use to buff the scratches out or else you'll have to take some compound and use a bit of elbow grease. No primer is needs on the spoiler you've already used primer before when you painted it.

Hahah true true..it will come, not on top of my to do list! But I did get a little done today, got the roof rails sanded, painted and on, as well as my vent shades! I like it n think it looks pretty good!
    Now some pic whoring...
Vent shades for those wondering. Now the windows weren't rolling up correctly n getting stuck from the edges..all I had to do was cut a little angle so the windows could slide up n not catch. It had like a 90* angle so I just tapered them a little n no problemo!

rails sanded n ready to go..now I didn't do the jb weld and extend them like i planned like monkey, I did the lazy way n just painted them. I started to use jb weld n extended it then I ran out n I bought the quick steel and its def different from jb weld stick. It's more of a putty/rubber than the jb. So I did each one n started sanding n it didn't look right. Didn't feel like going n buying more cuz then I'd need sandpaper too so I said screw it. Lol regretting it now that they're finished but oh we'll. they still look pretty good. The rear is where I left the gap n you'll be able to see in pics. I maybe I can think of another solution. I was also thinking about just cutting my old ones n use them since they have them tabs, but its still along the same lines n a lot more work. Anyways, here ya go..

Now I did primer, 2 coats wetsanded, then one more, then 2 or 3 clear n rubbing compound then polish. I need better compound n polish lol, not as shiney as rest of car but improvements from my spoiler.
