That's where I got my paint from automotivetouchup and matched perfected.
Just ordered some inlays, arrowhead and gpf.net sticker from reflective concepts. I shot for battleship grey, gonna go grab some paint soon to do calipers with red/silver or grey, do some paint under the hood, I want to do the bumper lips grey, idk if ill be able to do all of it as soon as I'd like tho with the weather but just some plans I came up with. And then while I'm on the search for some gxp rims I was wondering if anyone ever used the grey plasti dip n what they'd look like with some clear? Also have some vht I plan on tinting out the back up light with n maybe brake lights soon. I wish I could get these headers all in order since I've just been having horrible luck with them! I want some go fast stuff getting done as well. Pics will be up whenever I get stuff done, slowly but surely!
Take your time bro, don't rush. Please look into other options other than plasti-dip, out of the tons of pics I have seen 99% of them look like poop. Just my .02$
Yeah I'm gonna try n look up some more stuff. Just was thinking about trying my stock rims with the plasti dip. The only thing making me wanna try is I could really buy one can of it n try one wheel to begin with n if its not for me just peel it off and wait for the right rims to pop up for me. Also I have a huge rim supplier by me, hotwheelcity.com, n they do financing for wheels lol. That wouldn't be for a couple months n till I'm back to work tho and if I can't find some gxp's. just weighing my options. Not gonna be acting fast about them tho probably.
Well it is all what you want to do, you got the plan down. Just take the rim of the car and lay it down when you do it though, comes out way better.
Yeah I'll be sure to read up the best I can to give it the best look if I end up doing that.
Just got my scanguage 2 today and no clue how to use it. Lol I looked up scanguage/support and still cant get kr and everything else programmed and working correctly in it. I programmed them with the codes and its just showing blanks for afr and kr. If anyone knows anf can help me further, id appreciate it. Untill then I will keep trying to figure it out
Vpw and cansf..idk what any of these stand for if anyone could help me onto what one I need to program to my car for..
Well that sux. Hope ya get it figured out.
Lol thanks ik..idk if it doesn't support kr with the 06 but rhats the whole reason I got it. I types in thw right code. Ive double checked and I have ltf, afr, hp working but cant get kr..? :-/ stumped..ill keep trying
go to manufacturer's website and look around, they tell you how to set them all up.
Cool thanks for the feedback, I plugged it in today and it was working for kr. I didn't switch anything from yesterday. Although I hope it wasn't reading something else. I've read that it doesn't show a decimal point, however mine was, so that's why I'm thinking that. But doesn't fluctuate sitting there in idle and got about the same response as my torque reading at about 2.2-2.6* reading wot. So it may be correct after all?
Got my inlays from reflective concept just now. Rear, front, arrowhead and gpf.net all in battleship grey. Hoping to go with some gunmetal rims so itll all flow. Will try n put them on either today n tomorrow
