idk what to do next lol. If anything I'd want some ssc's but I'm waiting for ^^ to show me pictures lol. N then I'm stumped for now. Maybe just enjoy her n find little stuff of the way. Ever since I changed my plugs n wires I've been having random misfires n my gas mileage is 15.6-16 in city and I drove an hour to and hour back on the highway over the weekend n it only went up to 16.4. I've checked my plugs n there good n snug n I was hoping it was my wire connections but I just ran out n checked them n they seem fine. So I'm gonna look up to see what it might be.

^^^did you reset the DIC before you took her on the highway?

Lol no, that's cheating haha. I figured it'd weigh it out n average it out. It hasn't been that long since I reset it, maybe a month. But if I was supposed to do that ill try it this Sunday I'm doing my headers in marysville. About 45 min drive so ill do that. But my aeroforce is still reading random misfires.
Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged All This Work & Still Fishbowl Status
ha, it's not cheating....you're comparing city to highway, besides that number includes idle time during warm up....

Lol ill do it again this weekend then. Still have the 0300 code though, so I don't think that helps gas.

I rather get nice synthetic oil and go twice as long in between oil changes for just a little bit more for the price.

Try the Extended Performance, brought it from walmart for our SUV when we did our first oil change. Got the 5 QT jug for 27$ and bought an extra quart cause our SUV takes 6. Been 4200 miles since the change and the oil is still at the "SAFE" mark on the Dip ****, i mean dipstick. lol, Also got the K&N oil filter, two for the price of one which was 14$. So pretty much 7$ each.

wow ill get it from there then, I just checked autozone n it's $32 for Mobil 1 n $35 for Mobil 1 ep. But that's with a Bosch filter, gotta add $4 for a Mobil 1 filter.
Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged All This Work & Still Fishbowl Status
Just wait until advance or autozone has a oil change special which usually a pretty big discount off sync oil.

Yeah that's what's goin on now, oh well I'll deal with that when its time for another oil change. Lol
Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged All This Work & Still Fishbowl Status
They hardly have deals on it over here in our local autozone, but if they got a deal with the Mobil 1 EP w/filter then go for it. The K&N Performance gold filter we have is pretty good so far in using it, they say its the same as Mobil 1 EP Filter but i have not used those yet to compare but i think i will later when we use the K&N again then after.

Haha. No clue about it. It happened after I did new plugs n wires. I used autolite 605s n duralast wires from autozone. Took out the front wires today n one plug but they seemed fine. Checked the back wires n they seem good. So idk. Im gonna ask my brother n dad to see if they have any ideas. Coil pack connections are all clean n no corrosion. Never had a problem before with my old plugs. N it idles fine, sometimes its rough but not always. But on my AF ill go to misfires n theyll be okay n then a cylinder will say 2 or 4 or 6. So idk what that really means as far as higher numbers n stuff?
Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged All This Work & Still Fishbowl Status
I don't know squat about those AFs...so its not throwing a check engine light?
did you check the AF before the changes for misfires?
You might want to start a thread and get some help with those readings let alone the mystery 0300.
Didn't smack any wires or vacuum lines when you changed the plugs/wires?

It threw the code then I erased it with my AF. Maybe ill unhook the battery n see if it comes back. N yes I checked them before on my torque though with my old plugs. Ill check around then maybe make a post. Theres so many options its looking like.
