So I got a lowering kit 2in, guy got the car from his younger brother and is giving it to his daughter and put the stock springs back on, would anyone know if the struts are stock or not and I see the one back is messing something circle under the bolt on top the others have? I was told it's how it pulled them off the car and he's not to sure what do you guys think for 100?
What circle thing? If they are eibachs you Did good
They are certainly Eibach springs...struts, I'm not sure. I'd say regardless you got a good deal.
Yeah if you look at the 3rd pictures you can see a washer or something and the 4th picture it doesn't have it on top, and I can't wait to have it in and see how nice it looks all at one level
Throw some anti pogo washer on there
Okay I'm Going to have to read the lowering section again, I think the mounts are good I would like to spend as less as I can with them so money can go to coil overs, but if I can get anti pogo washers and that retainer washer for the one that would be great
Steal the retainer washer for the rear off one of your old struts.
Anti pogo washers are front k frame washers, you can snag new ones fairly cheap at the GM stealership.
Use antipogo washers and the ride should be decent.
I got this the other day not sure what I'm going to do with it yet but I will figure something out
Does anyone have something similar done with the speakers like this that could post a picture, I want to make something that off to the side for minepolyurethane Transmission mount is in
OK so I just need to rent the header expander to open up the one end just a little, I got header wrap all my fluids and even some lug nut locks used retail me not and got 50 bucks off. So tomorrow before work I'm dropping in the motor I can not wait to finally be finished with the build and driving my car again, I also have the springs in the front already can't wait so excited
