So car is not back together yet:/ me being dyslexic I mixed the numbers around and broke the bolt went to get the bolt out and almost had it out but at the last second the bit busted and a peace for stuck in the head with the last part of the bolt found two heads for 50 going to.get them but I'm also talking to a guy with a pacecar 600 just can get a hold of the guy I found the car my friend lives right there by him it needs a tranny but I have a spare figured make that one mine because its built with everything to support the 3.0 pulley and later after I start this.job at home depot I can fix.the head for my grandfather so we both have a gtp I would take my hood and put it on the pacecar along with the other set of roof rails but I need the guy to.call back already here are the pictures I took at night when I saw the car

He said he can't fix it and it might go to the junk yard don't want to let that happen with my hood and other things it would be awesome , still trying to figure out what to do about the head if anyone has any suggestions what to do to get it out without removing it
I'd have some suggestions if I knew what the eff you mean to say, because...this ~~~> "bolt, in...bolt out..bolt bolt.. " isn't getting the point across.
Sounds like you flubbed the job somehow and since you mention heads, a bolt is broken in a head. (correct me if I'm wrong, or tell me if I'm right. I'm doing some serious decoding and translation here!). If so..and it's almost out. Use a punch or small screwdriver and make a mark on one side of the bolt. Then tap in a counter clockwise fashion and likely...it'll pop right out.
Ok sorry had the girlfriend over yesterday when I was typing that and she kept bugging me but yeah Bill sorry I busted the bolt into the head went to tap it out but at the last second the drill bit broke and a piece of the Carbonite drill bit is still stuck in the head with the last part of the bit and I tried to drill that out but its not doing a thing, so I'm going to try a few more things to get it out before I buy a used head, anything I could use to get the bit out?
i just saw a tv show where this guy took a nut laid it over the broken bolt, then wielded the nut to the broken bolt. and then cranked it out.
thought it was clever for sure. took a bunch of tries re wielding it on as the bolt was large and really stuck. being you broke stuff thats harder then the bolt in the bolt now, this may work for you.
Someone told me to use JB Weld, and try to put the 2 pieces together and get it out that way I found heads online for 40 bucks but its a 3h drive just there they have about 98k on them here's a picture

Figured it would still be cheaper to get the used ones shipped then buy brand new
Alright got the thing out used a old art tool for clay and picked at it until it came out and for the bolt I took a small screw driver and stuck it in and unscrewed it until it came out putting it all back together changed spark plugs and oh man they where bad has he11

Sitting here with a buddy about to go put my car back together let's hope I do it right lmao
Good luck, watch out for the GP vodo.
I want the thig to.go together tonight how long should I wait for gaskets to settle in and dry?
i fired mine up right after i got the last connectors from the harness back in. DO-IT!!!!!
Dry? As soon as you bolt everything together, you should be good to go.
Yeah there was almost nothing there lol
Alright sound good hopefully with everything it should run great again
Ok doing some little things for it right now like try and take the frosting of oil off the engine component it is nasty I was looking at my head and saw Oil by where the header bolts to it would this be just because of the lim leaking onto it?
you did v/c gaskets right? maybe some oil leaked down when you did that. you can spray it down with brake cleaner, ( cold engine only) then keep an eye on it after your running a day or so.
