Thanks, I just checked their website and the koni service center apparently does all kinds of special stuff. They might be a better bet but I'm gonna call airlift first

Just as an FYI, when I had my Konis rebuilt it was $180 a shock including a revalve. You might want to ask if there would be anything that differentiated an air lift shock from others.

I hope not haha, $180 is a little more than I was thinking. I was trying to take the bag off of the strut today to try and check but I have to get past 2 pretty rusty bolts on the bottom

I'm surprised you can't just contact the company that makes them and buy a replacement. The setup I have has large Allen head screws to remove the bag assembly. Hope it's not too expensive for ya.

The problem is that its an old kit made by airlift and they don't carry it anymore. By chance, I stumbled upon this website here and they're selling the exact same thing as what I have from what I can tell in the pictures. I emailed them last week to see if they could help out (before I knew the struts were blown) and they said they just sold them and that I should contact airlift. Who knows if they have any in stock, but its pretty expensive and I'm not sure what the kit comes with and I would prefer to buy straight from airlift. But a pair of just fronts or rears was like $570. Getting someone to rebuild mine is cheaper by far.

Also, mine have the same allen bolts. They're just a pain and kind of rusty and the rust in the center hole is making it so that my allen key wont fit it.

I got the bag off today. It doesn't look like I'm gonna be able to rebuild these...

I'm thinking of the koni inserts maybe and just cutting these open and gutting them but who knows.

First: If it was put together that means it can be taken apart.

Second: If you an find the struts that I use let me know where, they aren't made anymore. I do have 1 extra right now that Koni had laying around (already rebuilt) and just gave it to me.

I don't know how companies do it, but I'd have to cut it open and weld it back shut and the welding might get it too hot and damage it. Do you know the part number for the konis? I was thinking of going with 8610-1436. Its the type that you bolt on through the bottom and its supposed to be the shortest one they have. I did some rough measurements and I think they'd be just about right to use inside the bag struts. I was actually going to ask you if you could take some quick measurements of your konis?

I'm so happy right now. I finally got it figured out! After doing some more research last night and asking around, I found the part number for the kit that I have. Well they don't make it anymore, but it started its life as a universal kit where the bottom and top mounts have to be fabricated. So I took some measurements of the damper cartridge and compared them to the universal kit thats sold right now and everything is practically the same and the diameter is the same. So I called a few people and it turns out that not much has changed very much between the different models and I can use the new model struts just fine. So I called airlift and they were more than happy to help me out in getting replacement dampers orderd since I don't need the bags for them. I might have to refab the brackets but thats fine with me because it might mean being able to go lower. This has been quite a headache but I'm happy and thank you everyone for helping out

For anyone interested, the old kit is Airlift 75590 and the new ones are 75561 and 75562

Thanks! I can always go lower until the frame hits the ground. I think I was about 1.5" away from that before. And yes, I'm super excited!! Airlift is replacing them for me. He said he would call me if he found some in the back and about an hour later he called me back and said they were going in the mail!

Yeah, I was really suprised. They have a bunch of different lifetime warranties and I guess they fell under one. It almost makes me worry that there was a misunderstanding and they're sending me some little piece of plastic or extra screws or something haha but I was pretty clear. Thats some good customer service
