Yup, sound real good.
borla on the new 5.0s is frakin sick
I want Borla Stingers, but this already has an exhaust with an O/R Xpipe so I can't complain.

If you don't want to replace the bumper to make it look like a clone you may consider at least getting the lower lip for a Mach1. Even on a GT it really sets it off. Rather than making the bumper look like its raised up it flattens it out and sets it apart. Just food for thought.
Hows the stick learning? I had it down to an art within a couple days of joy riding when I first learned. It was rough at first but I never broke anything and knowing how to is so much better. Allows you to just jump in a car regardless and go.
Doing damn good with the stick now, learned hills and haven't stalled it lately. It's starting to become second nature. And yeah I'm ordering the Mach 1 lip.
Well ordered Black headlights with Amber reflectors (those look best on my color), a Mach 1 Chin splitter, and a new receiver which will play my iPod and iPhone and has Pandora integration. I'm excited lol. I loved my Alpine, but i got a damn good price on this Kenwood with all the parts needed for install. Car goes Thursday for paint should have it back by Saturday :)
ahh mustang...good call
LOL Noah, you've been commenting on my statuses, you should have known -_-
What model of Kenwood did you get? Also you should do wider tires like the car above if ya can. I love looking at a wide assed Mustang!
Planned on 285's or 295's. Also I picked up this deck...
Kenwood Excelon KDC-X395 CD receiver at Crutchfield.com
It's cheap and does all the functions I want.
waste of time. run a normal sized tire and slam the **** out of it.
Ewww... staggered aggressive stance or bust. what is with you and slamming everything?
function>form imo
it's meant to be a slow car, why put giant wheels and tires on it when it'll never need it?
nick just doesnt get the point of what looks good versus what looks like absolute dog ****.
Not true, alot of cars DO look good with bigger wheels and slammed with that hella flush look... but not "muscle" cars.
IMO the 03/04 GTs look best with a good set of staggered 17s or 18s and some meaty tires set flush, but with some gap to allow for travel, unless the goal is to make it rail worthy and rough as ****, then just flush with no gap lol.
I do beg to differ on the "it's meant to be a slow car" part. Most of the time, the cars are stock and are slow compared to our boosted cars wen modded... but IF he does do mods and IF he does go the extra mile and boosts it, SLOW will not be in the cars vocabulary, unless talking about his competition.
By lower the crap out of it I don't mean to make it eat pavement, but the wheel gap now is pretty terrible. And why put ginormo tires on it that just reduce handling ability and cost a ton? Wheels and tires are easy to sell and buy another set down the line when needed. This car needs nothing more than to be lowered 2-3" and to put some slightly wider/lower offset wheels with some 265s or so.
And Tim has terrible taste in stance so he can't talk. ;)
265s?
Needz 315s! :th_king-evil:
