I feel ya on the house. I sold my 04GTP (it was also white) just over a year ago for my down payment on my house I bought in april. It was only a few months after I picked up a black CompG. Definitely worth buying a house and I couldnt be happier. Plus ive got a nice attached heated two car garage now which is a blessing in michigan winters lol
