    Car looks really clean Mr. Monkey. Even with the ugly wheels she shines like a new penny and I wouldn't be ashamed to be seen in it. Job well done, and that is a nice selection of chemicals.

    Not if you clear over it. It's a similar approach to how you paint over a car. If your clear coat fades well then your paint starts to look crappy etc. just wax for example the tails etc as often as you wax the car and you should be golden.

    So dont put clear coat on it and just wax and polish the paint itself?

    No...put a few coats of clear over them and then apply wax on them whenever you wax the car (guessing you wax the car right)
