    Don't do CF.

    Please.

On another note, do they make a hard pipe piece from the airbox to that first bend? That accordian crap looks nice and restrictive.

Yeah they do make them but the stock piece isn't as restrictive as it looks. it is pretty ugly though, and I've considered replacing it for that reason.

In the top 2 pics the CF is more silver looking than it should be. For once i agree though, CF doesnt go on this car, at least that color.

No, that is exactly how it should be, under UV lights... like at gas stations, some parking lots, & most car shows at night. The 3rd one is how it contrasts during the day. Regardless I agree with you, it doesn't go well on this car, at least on his color. Just wanted him to see how off it does look. At the right angle, on an overcasted day, it would probably match really closely when cleaned and waxed/polished, but the rest of the time, it will be off... WAY off

    This beast:

Paid $367. Runs and drives, needs a MAF sensor and maybe a TPS. I'll post the story later, I'm running out the door to go to pull-a-part now.

Not only is it the DD/snowplow, it's the car I'm going to learn how to do bodywork on, my guinea pig for my timing belt change on the STi, something I can take to school and not care if the door get dented and leave anywhere without worrying that it's going to be messed with.

Im going to guess a 95 Impreza with a wonderfully slow ej18 paired to a slushbox? Good choice on putting DD miles on something other then the STI...and a big Negative on CF hoods
