    Bought a 3rd Bonneville GXP from Virginia. Has a North Star motor.

    Nice addition, always liked the bonnie GXP's.

    Comp G. E85, 2.8, Headers, Tune, Intake, S1X, 105# springs, 60 # injectors, 255 walbro,etc.

    I've always liked those cars
    '01 GTX Clone- bagged, shaved, custom paint, more
    '09 CTS-V - Airaid, Borla, blacked out, 20" Niche Targas
    '95 C/K - 2/4 drop, 18/20 Ridler 645, custom paint

    Pray for no head gasket failure.

    But hey, once they are done that motor is kinda bullet proof.

    I think the head gasket failure is actually the threads pulling out of the block. At that point I would marry my 03 L67 drivetrain in my Southern bodied GXP.


    I think I have bad coil or coils in the N* motor currently. Car was pretty cheap at $1600.

    Yes... the 4T80 is a better beefier trans
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Is there a write up on how to marry a L67 to 4T80?

    I thought it was still custom not readily available, cost efficient.
