    Hey all,

I am new here as well, I have a 2001 GTP and was wondering what the temp gauge should show.

Mine on the highway stays just below the first line and in traffice (stop and go) and high temp days at/around 210.

Never gets to far past the 210 line but not sure if this is normal as this is the first time I have owned a newer GM.

    Thank you.

First big line after 160 is roughly 190-195ish, stock thermostat is 195.

To me it sounds 100% normal.

Well I found that my radiator has a link at the top left side. Not to bad but this might be the reason the temps moves a bit more then I would like.

When the system pressurizes, it does not have a complete seal and might be getting air in the system.

Again I do not know if this is the case but I found the link during a 100+ mile drive yesterday.
