i have been trying to my figure out my check engine light problem its a code 0401 i think. saying it s an egr problem.what else is going on is my blender box sometimes doesnt close the floor vent.i have read that a vacuumn leak can cause this code to pop up i have changed the egr but code came back by the way i have 19 vac w/ a obd2 reader. what should i check next . i think the blender box is hard to get to but thats probly the culprit what should i try next

-19 to -20 is pretty normal for a stock motor to have for vacuum at idle.

P0401 is for the EGR, the EGR is electronic not vacuum actuated.

A code P0401 most likely means one or more of the following has happened:
The DPFE (differential pressure feedback EGR) sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced
There is a blockage in the EGR (tube), most likely carbon buildup
    The EGR valve is faulty

I would just go to a junkyard and pull off an egr valve if it was me. I would grab the tube as well if you can.
