Thread: Need help identifying a wire

Need some help identifying this brown with a black stripe wire coming outa the harness and running along the valve cover and then it's capped off , thanks .

I'm not sure which it is, but out of curiosity, why do you need to know?

Best I can tell from searching is that it's a ground wire for something.
