Maybe more close to $3000 or $3200 is good cause thats around kbb value and no one pays full kbb value. Sounds like a nice car though. Definitely try and get a GTP though. You might get lucky on CL on finding some rims or even more lucky at a junk yard but i cant imagine youd find some at a JY. Welcome and good luck!
Thanks a lot. And I'm up north, so I imagine a nice and rust-free car is going to be more "rare" than a rusted out one. I guess I don't mind the rims on the GTP down the street from me because they are chrome five spokes, while the ones on the green car are the mesh type wheels with the criss-cross type spokes, and I don't like those very much. Said he wouldn't budge from $3800 though, but I'll at least check it out. Supposedly garage kept, and has a HUD.

HUD definitely comes in handy! I'm so used to using mine i never look at my speedometer anymore. yeah those cars up north are gonna be a little more rare especially one with no rust. if you could have him move down just a bit i think it would be worth it. i agree that this criss cross patterned wheels look ugly. i like the 5 spokes better. more modern look to them.go with your best judgment though. if you look on craigslist you might find some nearby for a decent price although you may be sacrificing your body with the lower price. probably will have a little rust though. let me know what happens!
'01 GT, OnStar antenna removed, GT emblem on grille, PONTIAC bumper inlay, engine cover and insulator removed, polished stock exhaust tips, 17" Bullitt rims

I've replaced the one fog light that was out and my new headlights and tail lights just came in the mail today. Missing a side skirt that I plan on getting fixed when it warms up. I love this car, can't wait to show everyone some pics.
I wouldn't mind a two door, but I haven't seen a lot for sale around here. The only issue with the 98 is a cracked exhaust manifold and a fog out he said. Pictures look great, and it looks like a really clean car, but we will see in person tomorrow.....I wouldn't mind throwing a cheap set of those Speed Daddy headers on if I can get the price down on the car a bit.

Yeah we will see. Maybe a set of the Bullitt rims. If I can't find the Bonneville GXPs, I might go for another set I found on eBay. Not sure how good they are, but they look cool. Brand is Effect Wheels, but they're about $440 with shipping and no tires:
