Anyway to find 3800 tuners locally? Is there a 1800-tuner number available? Haha the closest I found was a 3hr drive to Los angeles. I'm in California by the way. I tried Craigslist any other ideas?

you can buy a canned tune from one of the vendors, intense, overkill. and then theres reptile here if hes got your year pcm laying around, hes got a for sale ad here.

of buy a tuner and learn how to tune yourself.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Haven't even bothered learning about tuning or what is needed to tune, in general. To be honest I don't really want to invest in equipment to tune which I don't even know what it is to begin with lol. I'd rather have someone who's done it before handle it. Also what you are saying is I can buy a "tune" specifically for my cars specifications and hand it over to a tuner who doesn't have any programs for my cars platform and "tune it"?

if neb's local go with him.

and yes, you tell them your mods and they have known good files they put in a pcm for your mods and year car.

if your bone stock and dont plan on adding any mods dont waste your money with a canned tune, its not worth it.

Its getting headers and a 3.4 soon. Final goal is e85, cammed, 3.2 or lower if possie. Yeah hopefully neb is near his car seems to put down good power and sounds like he knows a thing or two.

Why not? A canned tune has helped Russosuar and I with our MPGs plus we love how our cars shift
