What are the supporting mods to run this pulley?

Depends. Gen 3 or Gen 5? At least plugs, headers, CAI, maybe a little PCM tuning (might be forgetting something) and slowly downsize while checking for KR.

I think most have pretty much proven that a CAI on the supercharged application does nothing but mentally make you feel like it's doing something. Placebo kinda thing. Makes you hear the whine better. The amount of heat added by the supercharger is outrageous.

A 3.3 will require probably Autolite 104's, headers, cam/rockers more than likely, and a decent tune. Even then, you might still have knock.

I have a Gen 3, Comp Cam Xtreme Energy cam, 105# springs, some tuning, a 3.4" pulley, and I still see knock. But that's because something is screwed up somewhere and I can't seem to find the issue...

But do ALL the maintenance first before doing any mods.

As you pulley down, check for knock. If you start seeing knock at any time, that pulley is probably too small. If the knock is small enough, it may be able to be tuned out. Just play it safe and keep the knock as close to 0 as possible or you risk an engine.

its going to take quite of bit of work to safely run a 3.3. headers, autolite 104, colder thermostat, pcm programming, cam or rockers or intercooler, e85 might support a pulley drop that small, and possibly methanol will support a pulley that small. you really need to read this article:

JDrach runs a 3.2 on his xp setup. It's all about getting a good tune too. I should have been able to drop a size when I did my cam, but I have some other issue causing knock. 3.3 on a gen III is easily achievable with headers and a cam.

Yeah, I see the same knock on my 3.4 as I see on my 3.2 on my setup. My cam is similar to the XP, slightly different. We think I might be floating valves possibly =/

I think my fuel pumps starting to go, sadly. I can't check the fuel pressure under boost, just at idle.
Edit: So I basically have no rock hard evidence to support that claim lol

It's not odd to see that on a high performance pump, but that does seem pretty high for "oem" lol
