Get a double din and get a reputable brand like alpine, pioneer, kenwood etc. skip brands like Jensen, dual, etc you get what you pay for.

Last I remember all you need to do to get videos to play while the car is moving is ground the parking switch... Or eBay sells the wiring for a decent price and you just gotta get the right steering module that's compatible with w/e HU you decide to go with.

Also I would just install it yourself and save your money! There's those license plate frame back up camera that don't cost a arm and a leg and just reunite a set of rca's to be ran to the back of the HU.

If you go to Crutchfield and outfit your car, it will show you all of what you will need to install a stereo into your car. The only thing they wont show you is how to do the bypass to watch DVDs while driving. They can't show you how to do that for liability reasons but there are plenty of write ups and you tube videos on it. As far as a recommended place to buy, I suggest Crutchfield or call Double D up in Illinois and Dennis will hook you up with a good deal. I spoke to him the other day and plan to call him back and order from him when my funds allow. I don't think I can post links to either of these because they are not site sponsors but google double d mods and you will find him.

Looks like you got a good deal on your GXP. Best of luck with it.

Got a repair history on it? Don't want to be a negative Nancy but if it hasn't had a trans job done yet its right in the ballpark of needing one. Just be prepared.

you need to get a steering wheel adapter, i think axxess(spelling) makes them, fairly easy to install, the one that i tried to install would make volume go up to max without any buttons being pressed, so i went without, brought it to audio shop and it did same thing for them, i assume my wiring was messed up in my old 00 gp, my 01 gp has steering wheel controls working with system in it though
