Here's what I've done to my relatively new '04:
- Remote Starter
- Restore the headlights
- Upper & lower intake gaskets
- Flush the transmission fluid
- Flush the brake fluid
- flush the power steering fluid
- New Michelin tires (balanced to a fare-thee-well) (I prefer the 215-65-15 instead of the stock 225-60-16)
- New Raybestos brakes all around (turns out I needed a caliper too)
- New Quick Struts at each corner
- Latitude Wiper Blades
- Pioneer Stereo with a giant sub in the trunk
- New ProClips for my iPhone and Satellite Radio
- Stainless mufflers (I prefer quiet ones, but to each their own)
- Vacuum, vacuum, and vacuum - then clean some more
Now it rides like a dream, gets about 27MPG highway, and has "sufficient" power.

I tend to stay away from HID's because they can blind oncoming cars, and I can see fine with regular bulbs. Especially with headlight lenses as fogged up as yours, they will scatter light like crazy and annoy the crap out of other drivers.

BTW One other thing I love to do is take the wheels off the car and clean them. The outsides of your wheels look great, but cleaning the inside (where you can't reach while they are on the car) makes the car look showroom - especially with a car that looks as good as yours.

Are your wipers stuck up there? Or did you do that for the picture?
