I just replaced the CV joint (passenger side) which was causing those lights to come on every time I made a turn. Now as soon as I turn the car on both lights come (TC & ABS). How do I take them off or how can I reset them to be off?

The CV shaft wasn't causing the lights. The ABS/TC sensor is in the hub and likely has gone bad. You will need to replace the hub to make the lights go away. If you know what side the lights are from you can check the wiring to the sensor to see if there are any broken or cracked wires.

if you cant find a damaged wire to the hubs, or a loose hub, its best to have it scanned at a shop.

I don't think the scanners at the local auto parts stores read those kinds of codes, do they?

some times a good engine scanner will pick up abs codes on the newer cars, not always tho. the autozone scanner picked up a abs code on my friends 05 gm truck.
