Ha! Thanks guys. Yeah I purchased the car with most of the mods that are currently in it. I was totally going to go with the SD headers once I sell my other car. Thanks!

run nothing but 93 octane, and if you dont have a aero force gauge to scan the engine get one of them, or at least the toque app that works with a droid phone.

with those mods it maybe knocking. knocking kills pistons. like chips them and blows them up sometimes.

The most I have in my area is 92 but I always run the highest octane I can find. I already have the aeroforce guages and everything. Yeah, knocking is never good. I've never had problems with her though. Yet. Haha.

Right? It's so dumb how that type of gas isn't available everywhere. So will the headers make the car sound any different? I've heard that they do and I've heard that they don't.

i have a stock single muffler set up with SD headers, its seems louder from under the hood more so then out the tail pipe. im catless right now, but have a 32 inch glass pack for a res, no drone or rasp whats so ever on my car.

Oh cool. So it sort of changes the sound then? I've heard a lot about those glass packs. Sounds pretty sweet

it sounds different, but in a good way.

my res rotted out, glass pack cost 25 bucks, does the same thing. when it was stock it kept the car just as quiet as before.

i like it quiet in case you cant tell. 90% of the cars with after market mufflers i really cant stand the way they sound, i have a problem with hearing the car popping when you let off the gas, and the sound of a wet fart when floored......... so since it wont ever sound as good as i like, im keeping it quiet. till i can go 3 inch that is. and even then, im still gonna run the single muffler set up.

guys with full 3 inch cat backs sound the best imo. a turbo really makes a 3 inch sound good.
