    Tryn to replace the tension pulley on the 98GTP. Its reverse thread right? Damm thing wont break loose. Whats the best way of doing this

    the accessory belt tensioner by the alt is reverse threads, the sc one is normal threads.

    i used my socket and ratchet with a small pipe i have on the end of my ratchet to break the bolt free. once it snaps it comes right off.

    98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

    Good to know. I noticed one of my tensioners making some noise today.

    Might as well get some gatorback belts too.

    i just did the sc one, now the other one is chirping. this one dont sound good either lol another 20 bucks into the pit.
